KDMiner Duran: Watson recall on hold
We are forming the committee to Recall Supervisor Gary
Watson Here some good reasons!!
1) Watson
voted for the latest unconstitutional County 'policy' that violate 1st,
2nd, & 4th Amendments.
No more peaceful assembly on County parking lot, no freedom of speech
on the County "premises", dress
code to be able to attend their majesty "County Supervisor"
meetings, and being
searched and xrayed to enter our County Building with no probable cause.
And unlawful Gun
Registration that we have exposed and stopped thanks to our State
legislators. The "new" County Ordinance

2) Watson neglected
to perform his duties according to Article 2, Section 2 of the AZ Constitution
to protect & maintain individual rights of his constituents.
3) Watson Violated ARS 11-410 by allowing county resources & employees
to influence
the re-election of Sen. John McCain.
5) Watson violated his oath of Office to defend and support the Constitution
of the United States and the Constitution and laws of the State of Arizona.

to Supervisor Watson on his honesty on this matter... Watson,

S. Adams Kingman Daily Miner 8/19/2010 Republican Men's Club President Dr. Larry Schiff pointed out that Luca
Zanna and the others who had filed lawsuits felt that they been treated
with disrespect by the county. Perhaps if they had been treated with a
little more respect they would not have resorted to lawsuits, he said.
Watson agreed. "There were two letters that went out. I didn't approve
of the letters, and if I had had the authority, I wouldn't have approved
them," he said. Zanna

Rep. Republican Nancy McClain of Bullhead City said:) "she agrees with Zanna, saying the town hall was a meeting with
McCain who was there to run for re-election. The County should not allow
the public to hand out literature on normal work days but should allow
it in the event of a political event", she said. Stated
in the Mohave Daily News Monday Feb 15th 2010
State
Senator Ron Gould and State Senate Attorney agree with Zanna.
Why FIRE County Manager
Ron Walker?
There is not enough room in this page to explain, but just to keep it
simple:
He used his position of power to personally attack, denigrate, intimidate
and endanger with libellous letter to the editor on the Kingman Daily
Miner a law abiding American Citizen...
