Why I support Mike Hays for
Mohave County Sheriff 2012

In life many times we must make decisions between personal relations and public business.
And when it comes to public business I have never compromised and I will not stop now doing
what I feel is right.
It's not a secret that I have supported in the past Sheriff Sheahan, volunteered and donated to his latest campaign, also sang at his birthday and few years ago honored him with the Mohave County Minutemen for his stand in curbing the illegal aliens problem in our County.
I had always found an open door with Sheriff Sheahan, and even among differences of opinion,
we had always and I hope to still have, a professional relation. He is our Sheriff and we are the Constituents that pay for his salary.

Now, why am I supporting Mike Hays for Mohave County Sheriff 2012?

Premise:
"The sheriff represents the power of the people; he does not represent the power of the state."
The sheriff not only has the authority; he has the absolute obligation to intercede to protect the constitutional rights of the People!

1) Mike Hays DOES NOT support Sen. John McCain
The same Sen. McCain open border, pro amnesty, pro United Nations, pro Cap and Trade, Pro Bank Bailout, Pro New World Order globalist member of the Council of Foreign Relation
(Unfortunately Sheriff Sheahan he does support officialy Sen. McCain)
And this would be enough to support Mike Hays instead than Sheahan.

2) Mike Hays is a proud Oath Keeper
As an official Oath keeper Mike Hays swore an oath to never disarm the American People, to never enforce Unconstitutional Laws and to defend our County from Unconstitutional Federal intrusions.

3) Mike Hays has as model and inspiration Sheriff Richard Mack
Former sheriff of Graham County, Arizona, and long-time crusader for freedom and individual rights, Sheriff Mack in 1994 filed a lawsuit challenging the Brady bill to stop the federal government from forcing another unfunded mandate and he won a decision at the US Supreme Court on the issue of States' rights.

4) Mike Hays is an outsider in every sense
He comes from another County, he has no political connections. He is a Republican but he swore that he will never put any party or personal allegiance before our Constitution and God Given Rights.
Mike Hays swore that he will protect & maintain individual rights of his constituents as stated in the Article 2, Section 2 of the AZ Constitution and never let happen again what did happen to me November 13 2009 at the McCain Townhall meeting.

5) Mike Hays is a US Marine Veteran, and I appreciate his service for our Country.

And a final note... Sheriff Sheahan, after 3 terms as Sheriff, and over 30 years in the County as Public Servant as law enforcement, I strongly feel that we need to give an opportunity to some new leader in our County be our new Sheriff.
These are just some of the reasons why I support Mike Hays for Sheriff 2012
In the future I may agree or not agree with everything he will decide to do if elected as Sheriff, but if he will maintain his promises to these above basic fundamental principles I will defend him even with my life if necessary.

I am not asking to Mr. Hays in return of my support any personal connections or favors...
All I ask him is just to do his duty and to be our next County Sheriff in keeping the peace
and defending our God Given Rights. And Justice for All.
What I ask to you, Mohave County Residents, is to take your time and make your own researches...
The Sheriff is the last line of defense for our Freedom and what is left of our Republic.
