GOLDEN VALLEY (Feb. 10, 2011) -- Al DiCicco hasn't been well for a while. The disabled Golden Valley man recently had some blood work done at his doctor's office and the results have him alarmed.
Al's blood plasma levels for the chemical element barium were 150 mcg; the maximum reporting level for barium is 11 mcg.
With levels more than 13 times acceptable levels, Al's doctor has referred him to the Poison Control Center for treatment.

How did Al get so much barium in his system? He says it's coming from the sky.
The 2010 documentary "What in the World are They Spraying?" that is making its way around the Internet has raised a lot of questions about geo-engineering, more popularly known as "chemtrails." (Not to be confused with contrails.) The film argues that chemicals such as aluminum, barium and strontium are being sprayed in the skies in a covert government attempt to slow global warming.
Some may giggle that it's another conspiracy theory, but others say the film presents some compelling data. For example, snow pack samples taken from Mt. Shasta tested at 62,000 ug/L, or 61 times the (MCL) for aluminum in drinking water for the state of California. Tree bark from dying trees in Hawaii, California and Arizona also has recently tested positive for aluminum, barium, strontium and titanium.
Farmers interviewed in the film also say they are having problems with their crops because the soil pH has changed.
Among those asking questions is former Arizona Sen. Karen Johnson. She traveled with a group recently that visited the House, the Senate and Gov. Jan Brewer's offices, bringing copies of the chemtrails documentary with her, plus other information.
"The data found from the producers shows that one of the chemicals being sprayed is aluminum oxide, which is toxic to all life," Johnson told the White Mountain Independent newspaper out of Show Low, Ariz. "Alzheimer's has increased rapidly since they started spraying in the late 1990s."
The is little recognition of chemtrails among elected officials and many outright deny their existence, apparently including Trent Franks, representative for Arizona's 2nd Congressional district.
Golden Valley resident Gianluca Zanna, founder of Mohave County Residents for Constitutional Rights, recently made several attempts to petition the office of Rep. Franks regarding chemtrails.
Zanna reports that his attempts have been dismissed with no answers to his questions, only the response: "What we are all seeing in the sky is caused by jet traffic."
Zanna has posted several videos on You Tube showing the skies over Golden Valley criss-crossed with jet trails that disperse into haze over several hours. He also has documented many consecutive days of crystal clear skies, asking Franks, "Where is the jet traffic now? Have all the pilots gone on vacation?"
Among the questions Zanna asked in his letters to Franks:
1. Do you acknowledge the U.S. Congress bill where chemtrails are admitted, with the bill specifying exactly in the exceptions when the Federal government can "legally" spray us?

After several attempts to petition the office of Congressman Trent Franks regarding the issue of GeoEngineering of the sky in Mohave County, also called Chemtrails,
we have been dismissed with no answers to our main questions:

And by the way did you know that JPL causes cancer? Don't believe me, just read this federal lawsuit reported on the Los Angeles times

5) why they are flying over and over criss crossing the sky? And why certain days there is not one airplane and suddenly we have over 100 airplanes showing up all together? I did not know that the civilian airlines have such ridiculous schedule.

I invite everybody to make your own research regarding the Chemtrails and GeoEngineering of the sky in Mohave County.
This is not a political matter, this is a life or death matter, for you and who come after you.

After a lot of research that my immediate supervisor, Dan Hay, was kind enough to do, here are some of the facts found regarding chemtrails vs. contrails. Several have said to me that one reason these trails are so suspicious is because they crisscross each other and the trails last so long. I was astounded when I was shown an aeronautical map showing the "roads in the sky" that cross and crisscross each other all over the place. Dan loaned me one of his maps, (he is a pilot) and I will show you what I mean next time I am in Mohave County. Also, the documented actions of chemical spraying indicate the spray comes out in different colors and has been occurring for many years for various reasons. The government has never attempted to conceal those actions.

After reviewing what I am sending you; examining other websites and maps, I am convinced that what we are all seeing in the sky is caused by jet traffic. The reason they are visible at some times rather than others can certainly be explained by the numbers of flights scheduled on a particular day, weather conditions, atmospheric conditions etc.

Unless your doctor can diagnose your illness as a direct result of this activity in the sky, please consider the alternative that I am presenting to you.

I know there are hundreds of articles on the internet that claim to prove that the government is poisoning us. Logically, so many people would have to be informed that it could not possibly succeed as well as the fact that the FAA has total control of the skies including flights by the military.

Please understand that no one in our office is trying in any way to conceal or evade the issue. We contacted our DC office some time ago and they had absolutely NO KNOWLEDGE of anything like this going on. In fact, as I mentioned, Dan Hay, our District Chief of Staff has spent a lot of time doing research on this issue. In fact, he did a lot of research on it several years ago. He said that nowhere could he find anything that would stand up in a court of law; there are too many inconsistencies; too many illogical conclusions; AND...it is important to remember that anyone can post anything on the internet. It is not necessarily true.

There are so many issues in our world today that deserve time and attention that CAN be documented as fact. We cannot find FACTS that support the concept of Chemtrails or that the government is trying to poison us.

U.S. CODE TITLE 50, SECTION 1520(a) S 1520. Repealed. Pub Law. 105-85, Div. A, Title X, S 1078(g), Nov. 18, 1997, 111 Stat. 1916S 1520a. Restriction on the use of human subjects for testing of chemical or biological agents

(a) Prohibited activities The Secretary of Defense may not conduct (directly or by contract)- (1) any test or experiment involving the use of a chemical agent or biological agent on a civilian population; or (2) any other testing of a chemical agent or biological agent on human subjects.

(b) Exceptions Subject to subsections (c), (d), and (e) of this section, the prohibition in subsection (a) of this section does not apply to a test or experiment carried out for any of the following purposes: (1) Any peaceful purpose that is related to a medical, therapeutic, pharmaceutical, agricultural, industrial, or research activity. (2) Any purpose that is directly related to protection against toxic chemicals or biological weapons and agents. (3) Any law enforcement purpose, including any purpose related to riot control.

(B) Such terms include exotic weapons systems such as--

(i) electronic, psychotronic, or information weapons;

(ii) chemtrails;

(iii) high altitude ultra low frequency weapons systems;(iv) plasma, electromagnetic, sonic, or ultrasonic weapons;

(v) laser weapons systems;

(vi) strategic, theater, tactical, or extraterrestrial weapons; and

(vii) chemical, biological, environmental, climate, or tectonic weapons.

(C) The term `exotic weapons systems' includes weapons designed to damage space or natural ecosystems (such as the ionosphere and upper atmosphere) or climate, weather, and tectonic systems with the purpose of inducing damage or destruction upon a target population or region on earth or in space.

WEBMASTER'S COMMENTS:
H.R. 2977 was re-written and the revised bill, H.R. 3616, the "Space Preservation Act of 2002", was introduced on January 23, 2002. The word "chemtrails" was deleted from the revised bill as well as any reference to particle beams, electromagnetic radiation, plasmas, ELF, ULF, or any mind control technologies.
Apparently, Congress wants to continue "legally" using chemtrails and other weapons of mass destruction against their constituents and the people of Earth.

The military is empowered to continue lethal experimentation by devious wording of Section 1520a Chapter 32 of U.S. Code Title 50. The law states that the Secretary of Defense may NOT conduct any chemical or biological test or experiment on civilian populations, unless such tests are for medical, therapeutic, pharmaceutical, agricultural, industrial purposes or for research in general or for protection against weapons or for law enforcement purposes, including riot control. So DOD may not use us for guinea pigs, unless it is for any "good" reason under the sun! The law states that human subjects must give informed consent. But a nasty loophole in Section 1515 of Chapter 32 allows informed consent to be suspended by executive order during a period of national emergency, a situation under which this nation perpetually labors by deliberate hobgoblin design.
